As a church with a democratic, congregational structure, Minnekirken’s Voter’s Assembly – and the Church Council members they elect – provide both essential direction to the congregation and support to the staff, in accordance with our Constitution and By-Laws. Besides our resident Pastor and staff, Minnekirken is also blessed to host visiting clergy, educators, youth workers, and others who come from Norway to serve the church on temporary assignments.
